This special issue focuses on recent advancements in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of male infertility, with a particular emphasis on varicocele-related conditions. It aims to bridge the gap between fundamental research and clinical practice, providing a platform to highlight cutting-edge technologies and innovative therapeutic approaches. Topics include the pathophysiology of varicocele, the role of oxidative stress in male infertility, novel microsurgical and pharmacological interventions, and the implications of sperm DNA fragmentation as a biomarker. In addition, this issue aims to explore the application of artificial intelligence in the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility. The goal is to foster collaboration and share knowledge to improve patient outcomes in male reproductive health.
